Pei Shan is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who graduated as part of the pioneer cohort from the Singapore Institute of Technology’s Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has since earned full registration with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council.

A lifelong learner, Pei Shan takes pride in her ability to learn, un-learn, and re-learn, continually adapting her skills to meet the needs of her clients. She is an experienced and dedicated professional who collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support children and adolescents in a variety of settings. Pei Shan supports children with learning needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyspraxia, Sensory Processing difficulties and handwriting. Her work includes using activity-based strategies to improve children's literacy, social, and functional skills in a constructive and meaningful way.

Pei Shan’s passion for working with children is at the heart of her career. She is committed to partnering with parents and actively involving them in the process of developing individualized care plans. Her approach emphasizes the importance of two-way communication and empowering families, ensuring that each child’s learning and developmental needs are met.
